Job Description
Are you passionate about early childhood education (ECE) and making a positive impact on young minds? FirstArt Academy is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated ECE Lead to join our team. As an ECE Lead, you will have the exciting opportunity to shape the future by providing high-quality care and education to children in their crucial formative years.
We are a school that strongly supports the arts and has a belief in teaching our youngsters all about the joys of music, theater, art and languages!
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that fosters cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development.
Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment in which children can thrive.
Plan and facilitate engaging activities that promote learning and creativity.
Observe and assess children to identify their individual needs and support their growth.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and development.
Supervise and mentor assistant teachers, providing guidance and support.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and the wider community to promote a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.
We are also open to part-time positions! We are able to be flexible with school schedules as well!
