Job Description
As a Swim Instructor at Pueblo Swim Club, you will lead swimming programs and provide tailored individual and group lessons for children of all ages and skill levels. Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and skill levels
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and guidance as needed
Requirements
• Experience working with students of all ages and abilities
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of swim strokes and techniques
• Background in water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and creative teaching skills
• Strong behavior management skills
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is beneficial
• Passion for swimming and children
