As a Swim Instructor at {camp_name}, you will lead swimming programs and offer personalized individual and group lessons for children of different ages and skill levels. This role is perfect for students at who have a strong love for swimming, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to motivate young swimmers and foster a love and respect for the water. Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction for students of varying ages and skill levels
• Maintain a safe and positive learning environment for all students
• Monitor and evaluate student progress, offering feedback and support as necessary

Requirements
• Experience working with students of all ages and abilities, particularly in educational or instructional settings
• Proficient swimming abilities and knowledge of different swim strokes and techniques
• Strong background in water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Excellent communication, organization, time management, and creative teaching skills
• Effective behavior management skills, with the capacity to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
• Previous experience in childcare or sports coaching is advantageous, showcasing an understanding of working with children in a structured setting!
