Peanut Butter Apple Smiles

For this simple snack all you need is an apple, peanut butter (or almond butter), and miniature marshmallows. Simply cut an apple into slices, choose two slices and smear peanut butter onto one side of each slice, press the slices together, and insert marshmallows inside of the “mouth” along the top and bottom of the apple slices.

Candy Corn Parfait

To make this healthy version of candy corn you will need pineapple chunks (fresh), orange slices, and whipped cream or yogurt. Take a clear glass and layer the pineapple chunks, orange slices, and whipped cream in the glass in that order. For an added touch you can top this dessert with actual candy corn.

Strawberry Ghosts

These ghosts are a fun take on the traditional chocolate-covered strawberry. Instead of using milk or dark chocolate, these treats use white chocolate. Dip strawberries into melted white chocolate and let cool. Using a piping bag, pipe chocolate ganache onto the strawberries to make a mouth and a pair of eyes. Before the ganache hardens, place miniature chocolate chips on the ganache “eyes.”
