The only reason I am giving a 2.5 is because the gentleman that helped me the second day I had to come in went out of his way to help me out. The price was great until they tell you that you have to pay a $25 dollar fee. So they ended up being priced just like other places. The main thing they have going for them is that they are clean! The customer service throughout is not the best! It took me two days to actually get my unit. After 3 try’s the day before. It set us back a day and put us behind. Imagine if you actually came in on moving day and you couldn’t get into your unit because their was no one there to help. When I go in the next day all I got was a sorry. I thought after all my trouble they would wave the damn fee. NOPE! The only reason I took the unit at that point was because I was in a hurry after being set back a day or I would have gone somewhere else!

The staff is very good and nice. The other company that your call first comes into and routes my call, fail to follow through as they said they would and in one case rude. One problem is the mice in the unit. They go from the unit next to mine into mine. We watched. I can not store anything like beds and closet items that they will get into.
