Followed all instructions per written & phone communication. Wasted time & money. Unable to access rented unit for three days despite paying all fees & spending hours on phone both at gate of facility (while locked out) & calling customer service from home. No call back from property management. Difficult to get anyone on the phone. When I finally got through the call was outsourced abroad & they could not take any steps without checking with a supervisor. Was on hold forever & my questions were not directly answered or resolved. I had to cancel my contract & they refused to refund “admin fees” which are equivalent to one months rent for unit that I never used. I don’t recommend AT ALL.
