303 Self Storage - Monaco Pkwy

From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of spectcular. I was able to reserve/rent the unit directly from my phone. The process was simple and took virtually no time at all, including E-Signing all of the paperwork to avoid wasting paper and time at the facility. This feature also allowed me to complete the process at my leisure, without having to rush there after work before they closed, etc. I arrived on move-in day and was helped by a young lady. She was very kind and helpful in finalizing the rental process, and with helping me to access my unit for the first time. Both the facility and the property itself were spotless and free of any debris, trash, or abandoned property from customers', a common sight at many other facilities. Not here though! In my opinion this storage facility is the best in town, in terms of price, cleanliness, customer service, location, etc. I couldn't have made a better choice if I tried.
